How your design is applied

Pick the method under “Print method” when you choose your options — it goes to the workshop with your order.

DTG print. Water-based ink printed straight into the fibres and heat-set. The softest finish, with photo-level detail — no film sitting on top of the cloth.

Description

Route 67 kids tee: a worn white road sign shield with ROUTE and 67, for young road trip fans or matching a grandparent on their 67th birthday
Sizes 2T, 3T, 4T, 5 and 5/6, plus youth XS to XL, in many colours
Material: 100% cotton in two qualities, Standard or Premium, built to survive whatever the day brings
Printing: with DTG the ink soaks into the shirt itself, so there is nothing stiff for a child to feel; with DTF it is pressed on as a thin layer, so the white sign stays clear on a dark shirt
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low

Ready for the next family road trip.

DTF transfer. The design is printed on film, then heat-pressed onto the fabric. Brighter, more solid colour, and it holds up on blends and darker cloth.

Made to order. Each piece is decorated after you order, so nothing is mass-produced.

Easy care. Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, and do not iron over the design.

Colours can differ slightly from your screen, and each piece is made individually.
