Our mission
We want independent artists and small studios to have a simple place to sell their work — and buyers to have a simple, trustworthy place to find it, whether that is a design that speaks to them or a gift with a name on it.
Who we are
Stapify is run by a team based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We build and operate the marketplace: the website, the checkout, order tracking and customer support. The products are listed by independent shops, each with its own storefront, policies and reviews.
How Stapify Market works
- Shops upload their designs and choose the products they appear on.
- You find a design you like, choose the size and colour, and add any personalisation.
- Once you pay, the item is printed for you — most products by production partners in the United States.
- Your order ships with a tracking number that you can follow from your order page.
Who you are buying from
Every product page names the shop that sells it, and each shop publishes its own policies for shipping, returns and refunds. Stapify runs the checkout, keeps your order record and steps in through the Stapify Guarantee when an item arrives damaged, misprinted or not at all.
