Intellectual Property Policy
Stapify Market respects the intellectual property of artists, brands and creators, and expects every shop to do the same.
- Shops may sell
- Own or licensed
- or public-domain designs
- Not allowed
- Unlicensed brands
- characters, logos, likenesses
- Report a listing
- DMCA notice
- or the flag on any product
- Repeat infringers
- Lose their shop
What shops may sell
Shops may only list designs they created themselves, designs in the public domain, or designs they are licensed to print and sell. By listing a product, a shop confirms that it holds those rights.
What is not allowed
- Copyrighted artwork, photos, characters or text used without permission.
- Trademarks, brand names and logos — including those of sports teams, bands, films and TV shows — used without a licence.
- The name, image or likeness of a real person used without their consent.
- Designs that copy another shop’s or artist’s original work.
How we enforce it
We review listings when they are reported and when our own checks flag them. Infringing listings are removed, and shops that infringe repeatedly lose their shop.
Report a listing
If you own the rights to a work or a mark and see it used without permission on Stapify Market, send us a notice as described on our DMCA page. The flag (Report product) on every product page also leads there.
Personalised content
Text and images you add when personalising a product must be yours, or used with permission. We may refuse to print personalisation that infringes someone else’s rights.
Stapify’s own intellectual property
The Stapify name and logo, and the design and content of this website, belong to Stapify and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
