Information we collect

• Order details: the items you buy, your delivery and billing addresses, email address, phone number if you give one, and any personalisation text or photos you add to a product.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our payment providers — Stripe, Airwallex and PayPal. Card details are entered in the provider’s secure form; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Messages: what you send to shops or to our support team.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and server logs.

• To process your order, take payment and deliver it to you.
• To pass your order to the shop that sold it, and to the production and shipping partners who make and deliver it.
• To show you your order history, tracking and messages.
• To answer your questions and handle cancellations, returns, refunds and Guarantee claims.
• To prevent fraud and keep the marketplace secure.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the marketplace:

• The shop you buy from receives your name, delivery address and order details so it can fulfil your order.
• Production and shipping partners receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can make and deliver the item.
• Payment providers (Stripe, Airwallex, PayPal) process your payment and may run fraud checks under their own privacy policies.
• Service providers that host and operate our website.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. The site cannot work properly without them.

Some shops add their own advertising tags — Meta (Facebook) Pixel or Google tags — to their shop and product pages, to measure visits, items added to the basket and purchases that come from their ads. These tags are run by Meta and Google under their own privacy policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the basket and sign-in may stop working if you block essential cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Account information is kept while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us at [email protected] from the email address you use on Stapify Market, and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payment details are handled by our payment providers, and access to personal information is limited to the people and partners who need it to fulfil your order.

International transfers

Stapify is based in Vietnam and most products are made and shipped in the United States, so your information may be processed in Vietnam, the United States and other countries where our partners operate.

Children

Stapify Market is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
