1. About Stapify Market

Stapify Market is an online marketplace operated by Stapify, based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Independent shops list their products on the marketplace, and every product page names the shop that sells it. Stapify operates the website and the checkout, collects payment for orders and provides customer support.

2. Your account

You can buy as a guest or create an account. You must give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use the site.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. The total you pay — items, delivery and any applicable tax — is shown at checkout before you confirm. Your order is accepted when payment is completed and your order confirmation is shown. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item was listed at an obvious pricing error, cannot be produced, or the order appears to be fraudulent.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page. By paying, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.

5. Production and delivery

Most items are printed after you order them. Production times, delivery times, shipping costs and destinations are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and public holidays.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations are covered by our Cancel/Change Order policy; returns and exchanges by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and each shop’s own policy; damaged, misprinted or lost items by our Refund Policy.

7. Personalised products

When you personalise a product you are responsible for the names, text and images you submit. Items are printed exactly as entered, so check spelling before you pay. You must have the right to use any image or text you upload, and shops and Stapify may refuse to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

Designs belong to the shops that created them or to their licensors. The Stapify name, logo and website content belong to Stapify. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without permission. Our Intellectual Property Policy and DMCA pages explain how to report a listing that infringes your rights.

9. Acceptable use

When using Stapify Market you agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk;
• post reviews or messages that are false, abusive or infringe the rights of others.

10. Reviews

Reviews can only be left for items you ordered, and they are checked before they are published. By posting a review you allow us to display it on Stapify Market.

11. Disclaimers and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Stapify is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one shown on this page when the order was placed.
