Every shop here is run by one person or a small studio, and most items do not exist until you order them. That changes a few things worth knowing before you buy.
Made after you order
Printed items go into production once your payment clears, which is why nothing sits in a warehouse and why the shop needs your choices — size, colour, any wording — before it can start.
In stock and instant download
Some listings are stocked goods that ship from a shelf, and some are design files you download straight after paying. The listing says which it is before you reach the payment step.
One basket, several shops
A basket can hold items from different shops. Each shop packs and posts its own parcel, so an order can arrive in more than one delivery. You pay once.
Following an order
Signed in, your orders are under Account. Bought as a guest, recover the order with its number and the email you used at checkout — no account needed.
If something is wrong
Message the shop first: they can reprint, swap a size, or refund faster than anyone else. If that goes nowhere, open a claim from the order and the marketplace steps in.
